Our site is operated by Revolut Ltd (we or us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08804411 and have our registered office at 7 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London, England, E14 4HD.
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Electronic Money Institution under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 for the issuing of electronic money. We are included in the FCA's registered of electronic money institution firms (Firm Registration Number 900562) which can be found on the FCA website. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
6. Uploading content to our site
Any content you upload to the Application, including as part of a Listing, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us and other users of the Platform a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third-parties. More specifically, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform that content in connection with the service provided on the Platform and to promote the Platform.
We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights. We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in these terms.
You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.
7. Breach of these terms of use
When we consider, in our sole opinion, that you are in breach of any part of these Terms of Use, we may take such action as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including without limitation suspending or withdrawing your right to use the Platform or its Content, closing your Account and/or taking legal action against you.
8. Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC") and will be interpreted accordingly. You irrevocably agree that the DIFC courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the Platform or these Terms of Use, and all matters arising from them (including any dispute relating to the existence, validity or termination of these Terms of Use, or any contractual or non-contractual obligation).
Dispute resolution. If a dispute arises between you and Propi Technologies, we encourage you to first contact us directly through the designated contact form on the website. We will review your complaint and do our best to address it. If a dispute between us cannot be resolved amicable, then to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) will be transferred to the laws of the DIFC within the United Arab Emirates.
