Information related to AI processing, such as content used for image edits, text descriptions, or voiceovers, is also collected. We gather usage data, including device information, app activity, IP addresses, browser type, and interaction logs. Finally, we use cookies and tracking technologies to improve functionality, analyze performance, and enhance user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. This includes processing subscriptions and payments, delivering AI-powered features, and tailoring the user experience. We also rely on this information to ensure security, detect fraud, and monitor compliance with our Terms & Conditions. Additionally, your information allows us to communicate with you about updates, new features, and relevant marketing opportunities, always within the boundaries of applicable data protection laws.

Propi does not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share information in limited circumstances. This includes sharing with service providers such as payment processors, cloud storage platforms, AI service providers, and analytics platforms. We may also share data when required by law, regulation, or government authority, or as part of business operations, including mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time, as described in Section 9.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and agree that you use the App at your own risk.

6. International Data Transfers

As a UAE-based company, we may process and store your data in the UAE and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to these international transfers, including to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

7. Children’s Privacy

Propi is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent. 9. Third-Party Services & AI Tools

The App integrates with third-party services and artificial intelligence tools to deliver its features, including but not limited to property image enhancement, content generation, voice services, hosting, and analytics. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Propi is not responsible for third-party processing activities outside of our control. AI-generated outputs are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies; you should not rely on them as professional, legal, or financial advice.

10. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze performance, improve user experience, and support app functionality. We also use them for analytics, performance monitoring, crash reporting, and, where applicable, marketing purposes. You can manage or disable cookies and tracking through your device or browser settings; however, doing so may affect certain features or the overall functionality of the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
